Our bar ice makers are designed with an all-stainless steel structure to resist corrosion from salt and limescale. Originally used in the military and now employed in the food industry and in the Middle East, these systems can produce 15 or 25 kg bars, with significantly higher durability and reliability than Asian products. The system is scalable: production capacity depends on the number of moulds and daily cycles, which can be adjusted according to the cooling capacity of the system.

Our flake ice makers use advanced technology with independent, misaligned scrapers, which reduce mechanical load and improve productivity. This configuration allows for higher rotation speeds and longer component life. Each machine includes a circulation pump, salt dispenser and integrated safety devices. Production ranges from 5 to 20 tonnes per day. They can operate by direct expansion with Freon, or by flooding with CO₂ (R744) or Ammonia (R717).
